(Preheat the oven to 180-190°C and grease a spring roll with some butter).
In the beginning, mix vanilla sugar with the butter, sugar and a little salt in a foamy way. After that, gradually stir the eggs underneath. Now add the flour, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder and stir well and add the milk little by little.
Now wash, peel, core the apples and cut them into pieces at will. Now lift the apple pieces under the batter with the dough peeler.
Lastly, fill the batter with the apple pieces into a rectangular spring form and bake on a medium insert bar for 40-50 minutes and done. It's fast and it's tasty too!
