Asparagus Puff Pastry
Ingredients
- 1 tbs flour
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 c mascarpone
- 1 1/4tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- Zest one lemon
- 1 tbs chives
- 1 tbs tarragon
- 1 lb asparagus
- Olive oil
- Pepper & salt

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet w parchment paper. Roll puff pastry out to 9x12. Cut lightly small 1 inch boarder. Toss asparagus w olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix other ingredients. Spread sauce on puff pastry, lie asparagus on top in a nice pattern.
- Bake 25 min. Let cool.
