Baked Beans with Smoked Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz) each baked beans, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 ring (14-16 oz) beef smoked sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions

  1. Spray 3 1/2-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix all ingredients.
  2. Cook, cover on low heat for 5-7 hours.
