Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • 1-5-6lb fully cooked ham
  • 1 can tangerines
  • 1 cup cooking wine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • Thyme to taste

Directions

  1. Bring wine, garlic and thyme to boil over medium high heat.
  2. Boil down.
  3. Add blended tangerines, brown sugar and mustard
  4. Simmer on low until thickens
  5. Glaze ham with 1/2 the glaze
  6. Bake ham at 400 for 12 min per pound
  7. Brush glaze on every 30 min.
