Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons a.p. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2+ cups shredded cheese and velveta
  • 8 ounces macaroni noodles
  • Bread crumbs plain

Directions

  1. Melt butter and add flour, salt and mustard blend till no lumps
  2. Pour milk in and heat till thick keep stirring so not to scald milk
  3. Stir in cheese until melted
  4. Mix in cooked macaroni and pour into casserole pan
  5. Cover with crumbs and bake
