Ingredients
- 1.5 spoons sofrito
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 15.5 oz can red kidney beans
- 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sazon seasoning
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- 1 shake adobo (teaspoon)
Directions
- heat Olive oil, Sofeito
- add 3/4 cup water, beans and tomato sauce and Sazon and adobo and oregano
- add potatos
- bring to boil then simmer on med for 20 min
