Beef &.Chinese Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 500g fresh Hoikken noodles
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 750g Beef Strips
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 brown onion, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon bottled crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese herbs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, diced
  • 1kg Bok choy, chopped coarsely
  • 1/2 cup (80ml) black bean sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen Beans
  • Carrot cut into strips
  • Zucchini cut into strips

Directions

  1. Place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water, stir gently to separate noodles, then drain
  2. Heat half of the oil in wok or large pan, stir-fry beef in batches, until browned and cooked through.
  3. Heat remaining oil in same wok, stir-fry all vegetables including onion until soft add garlic and all other. Return beef to wok with bok choy, combined sauce and noodles, stir-fry until bok choy is just wilted but not too saucy.
