Ingredients

  • 2lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 1/4 cup Flour (all purpous)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 6-8 Potatoes (diced)
  • 8 Carrots (sliced)
  • 4 stalks Celery (chopped)
  • 4 Tbls. Tomato Paste

Directions

  1. Place meat in slow cooker.
  2. Mix together flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Then pour mixture over meat and stit together.
  3. Stir in garlic, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery, and tomoto paste (adds thickness to stew).
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
