Heat a large pot of water on the stove and cook egg noodles according to the directions on the package.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add one pound of ground beef and a chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Once beef is cooked drain any extra grease.
Turn the heat down to medium. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce. Stir everything together well. Add 3 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Once the butter is melted add 3 tosp of flour. Stir together and let cook for at least one minute.
Next, add 2 cups of beef broth and stir well. Let this continue cooking until it thickens. Once the mixture has thickened remove the skillet from the heat and stir in 1 cup of sour cream. Add the cooked egg noodles and stir everything together well. Top with some fresh or dried parsley and serve! Let me know if you try it out!
