Serve berries in a bowl, topped with yoghurt and muesli.
Follow with a takeaway latte, or a glass of low fat milk.
TIP: you can serve berries frozen, let them thaw for 10 minutes at room temperature, or microwave on low for 30 seconds at a time until defrosted.
If you prefer not to drink coffee, you can have a glass of milk or other dairy unit in its place. Try adding some Milo or honey to your milk if you have indulgences to spare.
