Best Beet Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 5 Cook and peeled Beet
- 1 Gala Peeled Apple
- 1 branch of Fresh Italian Parsley
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Hellmans Mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon apple vinaiger
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinaiger
- Goat cheese one 2 inch ball for each servin portion
- A lot of salt
- Pepper
- And you can add walnut or not
Directions
- Cut the beets in cubes (make sure they are cooled down).
- Cut the peeled apple also in cubes.
- Mixed all the ingredients and enjoy the best beet salad ever!
