Directions

  1. Cuire la pâte à blanc 10mn à 190.
  2. Cuire les allumettes de bacon à la poêle. Préparer l’appareil en fouettant les œufs, la crème, le lait. Ne pas assaisonner.
  3. Ajouter presque tout le fromage et le bacon.
  4. Repartir la maïzena sur la pâte et couler l’appareil.
  5. Rajouter dessus le reste des fromages.
  6. Cuire environ 30mn à 190.
