Beyond Chicken Buffalo Wrap

Ingredients

• Ingredients:
• 1 large flour tortilla
• 3 pieces of Beyond Chicken Tenders
• 2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
• 3/4 cup plant-based cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 2 tbsp plant-based ranch dressing
• 1/2 small avocado
• 1/4 cup pickle chips
• Buffalo Sauce
• 1 tbsp plant-based butter
• Method:
• Cook 3 pieces of Beyond Chicken according to package directions.
• Chop the beyond chicken into bite-size pieces and toss with buffalo sauce.
• In a separate bowl toss the cabbage with the ranch.
• To assemble the wrap, place the tortilla on a cutting board and make a slice from the center of the tortilla to the bottom edge.
• Spread the plant-based cheddar on the right side of the slit.
• Then, mash avocado on the bottom left quadrant of the tortilla and top with pickle coins.
• Pile the cabbage ranch mixture onto the top left quadrant and the Beyond Buffalo Chicken on to the Bottom right quadrant.
• Fold the bottom left quadrant up over the top left, then over the top right, and finally over the bottom right.
• Place the wrap seam side down onto a hot buttered skillet.
• Let cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the plant-based cheese has melted.
