Beyond Chicken Buffalo Wrap

Recipe: Beyond Chicken Buffalo Wrap

Ingredients:

1 large flour tortilla

3 pieces of Beyond Chicken Tenders

2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce

3/4 cup plant-based cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded cabbage

2 tbsp plant-based ranch dressing

1/2 small avocado

1/4 cup pickle chips

Buffalo Sauce

1 tbsp plant-based butter

Method:

Cook 3 pieces of Beyond Chicken according to package directions.

Chop the beyond chicken into bite-size pieces and toss with buffalo sauce.

In a separate bowl toss the cabbage with the ranch.

To assemble the wrap, place the tortilla on a cutting board and make a slice from the center of the tortilla to the bottom edge.

Spread the plant-based cheddar on the right side of the slit.

Then, mash avocado on the bottom left quadrant of the tortilla and top with pickle coins.

Pile the cabbage ranch mixture onto the top left quadrant and the Beyond Buffalo Chicken on to the Bottom right quadrant.

Fold the bottom left quadrant up over the top left, then over the top right, and finally over the bottom right.

Place the wrap seam side down onto a hot buttered skillet.

Let cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the plant-based cheese has melted.
