Black-eyed Peas & Ham

Ingredients
- 1/2 Lb dried Black Eyed Peas, sort & rinse
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
- 6 oz Lean Ham, diced
- 4 C Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt, leveled not heaping
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 C Salsa
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except Salsa, into a crock pot.
Cook on high for 3 hours or until Peas are tinder.
Stir in Salsa and cook for additional 30 minutes.
