- double chocolate chip cookies 175g
- butter 50g, melted
- mascarpone 500g
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- double cream 300ml
- kirsch 2 tbsp
- milk chocolate 200g, melted and cooled
- plain chocolate 200g, melted and cooled
- cherries in kirsch 20, halved, plus some of the syrup from the jar for decorating (we used Opies – available on Ocado)
