  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground chipotle chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons gluten free flour
  • 3/4 cup gluten free breadcrumbs (see note)
  • Coconut oil, for cooking
