• 2 Pie crusts
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1½ Tbsp of Cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (this is not a duplicate)
• A “pinch” of Nutmeg
• 3 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
• 1 Egg wash with small amount of milk
