  • 1/2 stick (60 grams) unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon whisky
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 (600 ml) cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (130 grams) candied pecans, coarsely chopped
