Heat oven at 425f
Mix flour with salt
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water
In a bowl with the flour make a whole in the middle and add the water/yeast mixture.
Keep mixing with spoon, no kneeding no mixer).
It will be soft but don’t add anything else
Cover and let rise in a warm place for one hour
Heat up the cast iron pot in the oven at 425f
Cover cast iron with parchment
Mix dough slightly before putting inside out
Sprinkle flour and make 4 cuts
Put in oven at 425f for 20 min covered
Then uncover for an additional 15
If you want crunchier add more time
