Broas De Natal
Ingredients
- 1 kg sweet potatoes cooked and cooled
- 500 g flower
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- Raisins
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups dry fruit (dates,raisins,etc)
Directions
- Cook sweet potatoes and drain
- I'm a bowl add all dry ingredients slowly mix with hands
- Add eggs one by one
- Finally add fruits
- Make small bread shapes and sprinkle flour on top so it doesn't stick to hands
- 350 degrees for 40-50 min approximately
