Brown Butter Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark brown corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup light brown corn syrup
  • 1 cup half and half

Directions

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan and cook until butter has browned. Turn down burner to low and add brown sugar and whisk brown sugar and butter. Cook mixture for 2-3 minutes. Add corn syrups and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add caramel mixture to a blender. Blend on low and slowly add half and half. Serve over warm bread budding.
