Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic. Place chicken in baking dish and cook for 30 mins or until chicken is no longer pink.
Once chicken is cooked and cooled chop and set aside.
In a pot melt butter and add Franks Red Hot and and 6oz of cream cheese. Stir until mixture is creamy, add chicken and mix until evenly coated. Remove from heat and set aside.
Spread the remaining cream cheese over the bottom of a medium baking dish.
Start to layer. First spread the chicken over the cream cheese, then the shredded cheese and repeat. Top with bleu cheese and remaining shredded cheese.
Drizzle with ranch dressing, extra buffalo sauce and sriracha if desired.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
