• 1/4 cup sugar, maple syrup or honey, divided
• 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
