  • 1 lemoen se sap en gerasperde skil
  • Sout en peper na smaak

  1. 1. Stoom butternut tot gaar en braai saam met ui in bietjie botter tot ui seruskynend raak. ( kortpad - soteer rou butternut blokkies en ui in bietjie botter en kook dan in hoenderekstrak gaar - gooi net so 70 ml water by om toe te laat vir verdamping.)- volg dan stappe vanaf punt 2.
  2. 2. Voeg res van bestandele by en laat kook vir 5 min.
  3. 3. Verpulp en bedien met bietjie room (opsioneel) en gekapte pietersielie.
