Cajun Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1pound Kiebasa sausage chopped1 tv spoon oil 1 Large Onion chopped 1 Tsp each salt&black pepper 2 tbs chopped garlic one head cabbage sliced 4 tbs butter 1 can Hommie 2 cups chopped tomatoes 1 12oz can beer
Directions
- Brown sausage onion add garlic cabbage & beer/Stir bottom of pot well Reduce heat I a simmer and cook 30 minutes or until cabbage tender
