Camorones a la Diabla Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Cilantro
  • Rotella tomato sauce
  • Olive Ol rice
  • Butter
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • White wine
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • Jumbo shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. consommé

Directions

  1. Melt butter and 3 tbsp. olive oil in skillet, sauté onion and peppers until translucent.
  2. Add consommé, Worcestershire and seasonings, wine, Rotella tomato sauce. Let simmer a few minutes. Add shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Can also be cooked in oven for 15 minutes at 350. Add all ingredients first, shrimp on top.
