Melt butter and 3 tbsp. olive oil in skillet, sauté onion and peppers until translucent.
Add consommé, Worcestershire and seasonings, wine, Rotella tomato sauce. Let simmer a few minutes. Add shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes.
Can also be cooked in oven for 15 minutes at 350. Add all ingredients first, shrimp on top.
