Caramel Latte Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
- 150g (99%) fat-free plain yoghurt
- 1/4 cup (60ml) chilled espresso coffee
- 1/2 cup (125ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsps pure maple syrup
- 3 medjool dates, pitted and finely chopped
- 2 tsps chopped pecans
Directions
Mix together oats, yoghurt, coffee, almond milk, maple syrup and dates. Spoon into 2 jars (1 1/2 cups/375 ml capacity) and top with pecans.
Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
