Ingredients

  • banana
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon (adjust to preference)
  • 2 tsp syrup / honey / agave
  • 40g of oats (I used a oat and chia seed mix)

Directions

  1. Chop up a banana.
  2. Place the coconut oil in a non-stick pan and place it over medium heat. Once hot, add the agave nectar. Once it begins to sizzle, add the bananas and cinnamon and sautee for 1-2 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Toss in the oats and cook until golden brown then serve with your favorite yoghurt, nut butter, berries and a little more syrup.
