Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2-3 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
  • juice of 1/4 of a lemon
  • handful of basil
  • dash of water

Directions

  1. Soak cashews in water overnight & then drain.
  2. Add everything to a blender & add water as needed to blend.
