Brown ground beef in a large oven safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add all seasonings, garlic and onion. Drain any grease from the skillet.
Cut up corn tortillas into small triangles. Stir into ground beef mixture with enchilada sauce. Add half of the shredded cheese and mix. Top with the remaining cheese and green onions.
Place inthe oven at 400 degrees F until the cheese is melted. Top with cliantro and sour cream.
