Ingredients
- 3/4-1lb Gruyere cheese
- 1/4-1/2 lb Swiss cheese
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups white wine
- 2 loaves French bread
- 3 tablespoons kirsch

- Toss cheese with flour
- Rub fondue pot with garlic clove
- Add wine to pot and heat
- Add cheese 1/3 at a time stir until melted
- Add kirsch
- Serve with bread chunks in fondue pot
