  • 1/4-1/2 lb Swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 2 loaves French bread
  • 3 tablespoons kirsch

Directions

  1. Toss cheese with flour
  2. Rub fondue pot with garlic clove
  3. Add wine to pot and heat
  4. Add cheese 1/3 at a time stir until melted
  5. Add kirsch
  6. Serve with bread chunks in fondue pot
  7. Veggies are also good
