- 9" x 3" spring pan
- Oatmeal cookies 🍪 ingredients 1/2 mixed in
- Cornstarch 1/4 cup +1 teaspoon
- Cream cheese 3 x 8 oz (rm temp)
- 1/4 c sour cream
- Sugar 1 1/3 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Eggs large 2
- Whipping cream 2/3 cup
- ☀️Graham crust
- Oatmeal cookies 🍪 baked then layered

Directions
- 🚩Preheat oven 350°
- 🚩9 x 3" spring pan buttered foil wrapped & parchment paper
- 🚩Aluminum pan 2 inches of water
- ⚠️⚠️ crust - oatmeal cookies must be made first (see 🍪🍪)

- Cornstarch 1tsp set aside (Will thicken)
- ☀️ mixer
- Cream cheese 8 oz
- Sugar 1/3 cup
- Cornstarch 1/4 cup
- Mixer on low until creamy (3 min)

- Eggs 2 extra large (1 mix well 1)
- Cream 2/3 cup

- ⚠️⚠️ Blend well . . don’t overmix
- ☀️ Spring pan
- Gently spoon batter over crust
- ☀️ oatmeal cookie ingredients
- ☀️Oven
- Foil covered springform placed into pan (1" up ⤴️ hot water)
- Bake until LIGHT GOLDEN
- Cook time: 1 1/4 hr (75 minutes)
- Remove from water
- Place on wire rack
- Cool down: 2hr
- Cover and refrigerate at least four hours
Decorate:
- Remove springform
- Place on cake plate
- Cream 1 tablespoon brushed over the top of cake
