Cheesy Barbecue Beef Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 cups pasta (I used Rotini)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350
- 2. Cook noodles and brow ground beef with onion
- 3. Stir in all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of mozzarella and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 4. Put in 8x8 pan and top with the rest of cheese
- 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes
