Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 small chopped onion
Directions
- Melt butter & put on bottom of baking dish
- Spread potatoes on top of butter
- Mix remaining ingredients & spread on top of potatoes
- Bake 40-50 min at 375
