  • 3 - 8 ounces packages Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cup Full-Fat Sour Cream (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
  • Whipped Cream Filling:
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 8 ounce package Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
  • Homemade Tart Cherry Topping:
  • 2 - 12 ounce package Frozen Tart Cherries, thawed and drained
  • Juice from the Cherries
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
