Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 raw cashews, soaked overnight, drained & rinsed
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 3/4 cup honey (a little less)
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Use cheesecake pan or pie dish.
- Once crust has cooled. Blend cheesecake ingredients together in the blender until smooth.
- Pour in pan over crust.
- Place in the freezer for a few hours until firm.
- Slice and add favorite toppings. Keep in the freezer.
