Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients and milk.
Spray PERFECT BROWNIE pan and divider thoroughly with nonstick cooking spray. Spread batter into PERFECT BROWNIE pan. Place divider insert into pan.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min.
Whip butter, sugar, and 1/4 cup reserved cherry syrup. Add more cherry syrup, as needed, until icing is creamy and thick enough to spread.
