Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (almond, oat, cows etc)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Yoghurt / fresh fruit / peanut butter, to serve

Directions

1. Whisk milk, chia seeds and maple syrup together until well combined. Let sit for 10 mins then whisk again.
2. Pour into containers (covered) then place in fridge to set overnight.
3. Enjoy with your choice of yoghurt, fresh fruit, peanut butter etc.
