  • 2 cans coconut cream
  • 3 cups coco quench
  • 3 teaspoons raw cocoa
  • 1/2 cup maple

  1. Mix all together
  2. Put in fridge until seeds have swelled
  3. Add more maple if not sweet enough
  4. Layer in bio cups
  5. Blueberries, chia, banana, chia, apple, chia, orange & strawberries
