Directions

  1. Do pomarančovej šťavy primiešame chia semienka, 20 g medu a kôru z 1 pomaranča. Necháme aspoň 2 hodiny v chládku napučať. V druhej miske pomocou metličky dôkladne zmiešame jogurt s mascarpone, 60 g medu a kôrou z 1 pomaranča. Polovicu umytých fíg nakrájame na tenké plátky a ozdobne poukladáme na steny pohára. Zvyšné figy rozpolíme a grilujeme na rozohriatom grile reznou stranou nadol. Na dno pohára nalejeme vrstvu chia pudingu. Potom pridáme vrstvu jogurtového krému a ukončíme vrstvou chia pudingu. Ugrilované figy prekrojíme na polovicu a uložíme na vrch dezertu.
