Put the yogurt in pan, add salt and the full egg to it and keep mixing them slowly on a low heat. Do not stop mixing until it starts boiling and looks like milk. Once it is boiling add 1 cup and a half water. When they boil again you can add the chichbarak. (Keep them for 15mins until the chichbarak is cooked)
Crush the garlic and fry it with a bit off butter and the dried mint. Once the garlic becomes cooked, add them all to the chichbarak pan.
If the yogurt is thick, we can add a bit more water.
