Chicken Breast and Garden Salad

Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce, leaves separated and torn
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp chopped red onion
- 90 grams cooked chicken breast
- Dressing:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Arrange the lettuce and tomatoes on a plate. Top with sliced cucumber, add the avocado slices and sprinkle with chopped red onion.
Slice the chicken breast and add to the side of the salad.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar shake and pour over the salad.
