Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the bacon is crispy.
While the chicken bakes, prepare the creamy Dijon sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in Dijon mustard, honey, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Once the chicken is done, remove from the oven and drizzle with the creamy Dijon sauce. Serve immediately.
