Chicken Divan

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 6 cups shredded chicken, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. seasoning of your choice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbs. butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare broccoli as directed. Drain and put into a casserole dish. Add the shredded chicken.
  3. In a bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated cheese, lemon juice, seasoning, salt and pepper, and wine. Whisk together to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and chicken.
  4. Combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.
  5. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
