Coat chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper, then in egg and sauté in melted butter in large skillet until browned. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In medium saucepan combine wine, broth, parsley, butter and lemon juice. Heat slowly. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 teaspoon cold water and stir into broth mixture. Continue to stir until sauce thickens slightly. Place chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over all. Bake for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Garnish with sliced lemon and chopped parsley.
