Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 lemon
  • Flour
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Capers

Directions

  1. Slice lemon and set aside
  2. Pound chicken breast halves to even thickness
  3. Dredge chicken in flour
  4. Lightly sauté chicken in olive or other cooking oil on each side
  5. Add wine
  6. Wait one minute. Add chicken broth.
  7. Add lemon slices and capers.
  8. Lower heat to low or simmer setting.
  9. Partially cover and simmer until done.
