Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken boiled and deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick margarine melted
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 small can of corn, green peas and carrots drained

Directions

  1. Boil chicken until tender and debone
  2. Place the deboned chicken in a long baking dish
  3. Add peas, carrots and corn evenly
  4. Mix soup and chicken broth in mixing bowl and pour over chicken mixture
  5. Mix flour, milk and margarine and pour over top of mixture
  6. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour
  7. For stronger chicken flavour add a couple of chicken bouillon cubes to the soup and chicken broth mixture
