  • ½ Red bell pepper
  • 4 broccolinis (small bunch)
  • 1 brown onion
  • 3.5oz - 100g Bean sprouts
  • 5-6 Spring onions
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • White pepper
  • MARINADE:
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • White pepper
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced (optional)
  • 3 tbsp water
