Preheat the oven to 220C/430F.
Thaw the peas in a bowl.
Toss the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and optional spices. Place the chicken in an oven-proof form and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Use a fork or a stick blender and mash the peas with the cream cheese, add salt and pepper.
Cut the onion and chicken into thin slices.
Spread the mash on the tortilla breads and add the chicken, salad, onion then enjoy.
