Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained, rinsed + towel dried)
  • 1/3 cup any nut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup, honey or date syrup
  • 1/2 Tbs. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup almond flour or oat flour
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients together in the food processor. Add the chocolate chips at the end + mix with a spoon (leave a few chocolate chips for the top). Bake in a 9x9 pan for 20-30 minutes. Leave in the fridge for a week.
